Try these exercise overlays in your edit

These MP4 files have a solid green background, not an alpha channel. Chroma key removes that colour inside your edit. Test the sample in your CapCut version before choosing the full library.

Put an exercise clip over your video

Follow CapCut’s documented overlay workflow. Menu names and feature availability can differ by version.

  1. Import and layer

Unzip the sample. Import your footage and an MP4 clip. Put the footage on the main track and the exercise clip on the track above it.

  2. Key out the green

Select the exercise clip. Open Video → Remove BG → Chroma key, then sample the green with the colour picker.

  3. Check the edges and compose

Adjust Strength and Shadow while playing the movement. Check hands and thin equipment edges, then position the figure beside your footage or captions.

  4. Set the timing and export

Duplicate the clip to repeat the movement, trim it to your narration, and preview the finished edit before exporting.

On CapCut mobile

Add your main video first. Choose Overlay → Add overlay, select the exercise MP4, then use Cutout → Chroma key. Pick the green and adjust Intensity and Shadow.

CapCut exercise animation questions

Can CapCut import the original animated WebP files?

CapCut lists WebP among its supported image formats. That does not confirm animated playback and transparency for these particular files across desktop and mobile versions. This guide uses green-screen MP4 instead; try the sample in your installed version before buying.

CapCut’s supported image formats →
Is this a CapCut template or a complete MP4 animation pack?

No. The download contains three MP4 samples. Standard includes transparent WebP masters for 524 exercises with motion, plus stills for 126 static holds. Convert the masters to your chosen background and format using our export guide; the full catalog is not supplied as a CapCut project or MP4 pack.

Can I publish the free samples in commercial videos?

The free samples use CC BY-NC 4.0: non-commercial use with attribution to RepDB. Commercial publication requires the paid license. Standard covers media under your own brand within the Media Use Addendum; client or agency work needs a separate agreement.
